1.5T Drum Stand Winch 

This drum stand winch has been designed specifically for ABC Cable and other types of cable with similar drum sizes. The drum stand is supplied with hot dip galvanized frame and 54mm steel spindle. The spindles are provided with a disc brake. Spindles rotate on sealed bearings which are maintenance free. Drum stands are provided with four lifting points. In addition, they are provided with forklift tine apertures making it possible to lift the drum stand from the side with a forklift.  

The drum stand winch is provided with a 1.2kN @ 1000mm diameter drive. With manual clutch for freewheeling. The unit includes diesel power pack to drive the drum rotator and  fairlead. Operator controls are behind the winch drum and an operator guard is provided. The split drum is a removable item and can be removed when fully, to split the drum and recycle used cable. Tools are supplied for splitting the drum. Larger drums can be accommodated up to 1600 mm diameter x 950 mm wide weighing up to 1500kgs.
